I felt that the rewards within the organization should be given to those who worked for it and not given to the ones who did not deserve it. I gave this advice to a particular leader who was in charge of handling the situation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. He chose to ignore my request and do things his way,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
What came out of that decision shaped my philosophy on what great leaders do,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. I chose to change my leadership styles to develop a mentoring relationship with new members of the organization,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. I decided to learn from them while helping shape their perspective on membership in the organization.
Several years ago I had a clash of leadership styles between myself and another individual. It would be the first of many, but it was a moment in time where my ability to lead and make rational decisions were tested.
As a leader, what leadership styles are you employing?
Over the years I have found my own leadership style evolving while I watch how others lead. I find myself wondering if the style they use is better than mine,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], worse than mine,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], would have more of an impact, or would turn people away.
As a leader, your leadership styles will have an impact on those around you. Develop a great style and the leaders behind you will learn and build up future generation of leaders.
I consider myself an observer of people. I love to watch how people dress, interact, their tendencies, and their abilities. I especially watch people in roles of leadership to see how they choose to lead. The leaders who present leadership styles that I want to use are the people I love to watch the most.

3) Fat
When people here the word Fat they instantly think "not good". When in fact there are two kinds of fats, good and bad. Good fats clean out your arteries and help process the vitamins you consume, whereas the bad fats do the opposite and clog up your arteries. All fats, good or bad, are high in calories so even the good fats should be consumed in small amounts.
As a rule try to avoid all processed foods (Refined Carbohydrates), from breakfast cereals to canned foods. Cakes and biscuits are a no-no as they offer very little nutritional value and are high in fat. The refined sugars in these kind of foods give you cravings and should be avoided. Many people supplement there diets with a mass gainer and use them as meal replacements as they are high in protein and calories. However mass gainers also contain a lot of fat from refined sources so are not recommended.
Refined Carbohydrates
These are foods like, white flour,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], white rice, white sugar, cornflour and soft drinks. Try to keep clear of these carbohydrates as they offer very little nutritional value.
Now we all know that by consuming more calories than you are burning off your body will store it as fat and if you burn more calories than you are consuming you will lose it. However when dieting your body can counteract against the lack of calorie intake so you must make sure you are consuming the right amount of calories, not too much and not too little. Finding the happy medium is essential when trying to lose weight. Your body reacts to the lack of calories by storing as much as possible as fat, the more calories you cut back on, the more your body will take a grip on its fat stores. This is known as "starvation mode" a state that your body goes into when you are not getting enough fuel to function properly.
It is always recommended consulting with a dietitian in order to get the right amount of calories for reaching your target weight,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. As we are all different in hight and build everybody's daily calorie intake will be different and tailored to your needs,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Fibrous Carbohydrates
These are foods like, lettuce, spinach, basically all your green salad vegetables. These foods offer very high nutritional values and should be consumed on 2-3 of your daily meals.
Food Groups And What They Do

Eat protein and carbohydrates at every meal.
Eat complex carbohydrates early in the day.
Eat fibrous carbohydrates later in the day.

By following the guide lines above you will give yourself the best chance in reaching your goals in your chosen sport.

The body turns carbohydrates into blood sugars for energy. There are four different categories, not all are good for you.
1) Protein

If you are trying to lose fat or build muscle,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], its particularly important to include protein in every one of your meals. Most people know how it feels to be bloated and constipated physically, but may be unaware that there can be a kind of psychological constipation as well. If that waste is not expelled,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it becomes putrid and stale. And yet,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it may continue to influence our thinking and emotions.
It’s possible, with a little imagination, to lay out some interesting symmetries or parallels between our physiological body and our psychological mind. We know we have a physiological respiratory system, but could we also have a psychological respiratory system? We know we have a physiological digestive system; could we also have a psychological digestive system?

If we look at this day on a measurable level then technically its all downhill from here, isn't it? The summer solstice has come and passed, with the solstice falling on June 21st. This date has been a time of celebration as well as honor and worship since the beginning of mankind. Simply enough the solstice is the day of the year when we have the most daylight.
Yes the days get shorter, but it is the quality of those days that counts. The summer is like the mid-season in our own lives, full of activity and discovery of who we are and what means the most to us. As we grow into knowing ourselves we can toss out the directions that don't suit us, following only the paths that give us what we want and need. It's not the longer days that matter, its the quality of the day itself. The more we know ourselves the less we need. Gaining wisdom is that journey from the day of the spring solstice all the way to its counterpoint in December. Quality in life is not having more, it is living the best we can in each moment of life.
Let's look at this from a different perspective. We could view the rise up to the summer solstice as the time of preparation for our warmest and most productive time of the year. Of course when I am speaking of this being a more productive time I speak more of the planet,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], not of our current artificially-lit lifestyles today. We could still weave in this idea of the summer being most productive even into our present-day societies.
